Classes begin at 6:15pm Tuesday and Wednesday

 

We work hard, as a club, to motivate each other, accomplish our goals and celebrate our successes. Each class follows the basic structure of warm-ups, basic movements, forms, controlled sparring, free sparring, and cool-downs. Within the routine, there are varied and diverse activities making each class special in its own way. ​


The more classes you attend, the more growth you will achieve and there is no additional cost for attending all the weekly classes!
